"Arlozorov 17," an upscale residential project, is currently under construction in Tel Aviv, near the sea. The tower comprises of 29 residential storeys with sea-facing views, divided into two volumes and separated by a transparent atrium at its center. The project encompasses public areas, an Olympic-length pool, gym, and green spaces, including a 6-hectare park surrounding it.
